Led by esteemed ultra-marathoner Harita Davies, the 60-minute class features 3 meditation exercises plus discussion, advice and inspiration. The content derives from the very practical teachings of spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy (who was himself an accomplished life-long athlete and the founder of one of the world’s largest running teams).
The class will help you to:
- Enhance your performance through simple visualization, mantra and breathing techniques.
- Maintain enthusiasm for your fitness routine.
- Draw upon your inner source of strength, energy and determination.
- Achieve your fitness goals through the practice of self-transcendence.
Meditation is an infinitely vast experience. It can be utilized to relieve daily stress or to achieve the highest spiritual awakening—and everything in between! The very practical techniques covered in Noble Learning classes derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a highly respected spiritual teacher, athlete, writer, and musician who dedicated his life to the pursuit of global peace and the unlimited potential of the human spirit.
“There is only one perfect road, and that road is
ahead of you, always ahead of you.”
–Sri Chinmoy
