The Meditate On series offers simple, practical techniques to help you quiet the mind and experience a deep sense of well-being. The techniques are suitable for anyone who wants to begin or deepen their meditation practice.
Meditation is an infinitely vast experience. It can be utilized to relieve daily stress or to achieve the highest spiritual awakening—and everything in between! The very practical techniques covered in each session of the Meditate On series derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a spiritual teacher, athlete, writer, and musician who dedicated his life to the pursuit of global peace and the unlimited potential of the human spirit.
"The inner silence can easily devour the outer noise."
--Sri Chinmoy
Each 60-minute class in the Meditate On series focuses on a specific theme and features inspiration and meditation exercises to help you achieve this quality in your own life. Currently, the four sessions in the series are:
- Inner silence
- Happiness
- Gratitude
- Light
SKILL SHEET & ACTION PLAN
