This free 4-part series offers a powerful, proven approach to fulfillment and well-being. You’re encouraged to attend all four sessions (in any sequence) but can elect to join fewer if necessary. Each session is offered twice (once on Thursday and once on Sunday).

Beyond Within will teach you 7 invaluable practices. Based on the teachings of spiritual Master Sri Chinmoy, each session features guided meditation, discussion, and light-hearted stories of inner life.
Session 1. Introspection & Self-Knowledge

• Practice 2: Identify and align your personal goals for spiritual life
Session 2. Inner & Outer Fitness
• Practice 3: Recognize and nurture the various parts of your being

Session 4. Self-Transcendence: The Key to Lasting Happiness
• Practice 7: Embrace the thrill of continuous progress
In addition to the 4 sessions, participants will be invited to “bonus” activities at Jyoti-Bihanga Restaurant and the Sri Chinmoy Peace Garden. There is no charge or obligation for Beyond Within; we simply ask that you have a sincere intention to learn and practice.

About the Instructor
Vasudha Deming is a meditation instructor, facilitator, and author. As founder of Noble Learning, she provides skills training in organizations and free meditation classes open to all. As a student of Sri Chinmoy for more than 30 years, she enjoys utilizing her skills as a learning professional to create classes based on universal spiritual teachings. Vasudha applies the techniques taught in this session to her daily meditation practice, distance running endeavors, multiple service projects, and overall well-being.
