You’ll come away with answers to the following questions:
- What is prana--and how is it different from air?
- How can I become more conscious of my breathing (and why is that important)?
- What can I do to immediately calm myself when stressed or anxious?
- How do I use breathing to focus my restless mind?
- What type of breathing should I practice when I need more energy?
- Is conscious breathing the same as meditation?
SKILL SHEET & ACTION PLAN
At the end of the 60-minute session, you’ll receive a Noble Learning Skill Sheet to guide you in practicing the breathing techniques on your own. This handout includes space for you to add your own notes and create a plan customized to your own needs and goals.
