Join one or all of this 3-part series! CLASS 3 is Thursday, June 25 at 7:00 p.m. at Noble Learning, 3333 Adams Ave. in the Normal Heights area of San Diego.
Each session of this 3-part series highlights different spiritual masters. Historical figures such as Sri Rama, Sri Krishna, the Buddha, Sri Chaitanya, and Jesus Christ will be discussed along with other more recent masters from the east including Sri Ramakrishna, Swami Vivekananda and Sri Chinmoy.
• Explore the philosophies and spiritual qualities of each master.
• Discuss the unique paths and focus of their teachings.
• Contemplate inspiring stories from their lives.
• Meditate to invoke the qualities of these various masters including compassion, peace, oneness and unconditional love
To get the full value of this 3-part course, participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions (but this is not a requirement.
Meditation is an infinitely vast experience. You can practice it to relieve daily stress or to achieve the highest spiritual awakening—and everything in between! The very practical techniques covered in each Noble Learning session derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a highly respected spiritual teacher, athlete, writer, artist and musician who dedicated his life to the pursuit of global peace and the unlimited potential of the human spirit.

How to Join: Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your name will be added to the roster. Please plan on arriving a few minutes early, as the session will begin on time. The Noble Learning shop will be open before the class.

We’re conveniently located in Normal Heights, near the 8, 805, and 15 freeways. The closest access is the Adams Ave. offramp on the 805 South or the 15 South and North.

Parking:
During daytime hours, there is plenty of free street parking along Adams Avenue and the side streets. In the evening, this popular area gets more crowded but you can always find something within a few blocks north of Adams. You might also try parking along the Adams Ave. bridge that crosses the 805. (This is about four blocks west of Noble Learning.) Other options include rideshare apps, the #11 bus, and bicycling.
