Recognize the boundless source of peace within you–and identify ways to make a powerful, positive impact in your world.
The focus of this innovative 60-minute session is Peace. You’ll practice three meditation techniques to quiet your mind, open your spiritual heart and increase your well-being. You’ll also explore opportunities to share your goodwill, talents and energy with other people.
How will you benefit from this class? Develop your ability to experience and intensify your own inner source of peace. Learn practical, meaningful actions you can take to benefit your community and the world at large.
Meditation is an infinitely vast experience. You can utilize it to relieve daily stress or to achieve the highest spiritual awakening—and everything in between! The very practical techniques covered at Noble Learning derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a highly respected spiritual teacher, athlete, writer, and musician who dedicated his life to the pursuit of global peace and the unlimited potential of the human spirit.
“Lasting peace must begin within the depths of the individual,
and from there spread in ever-widening circles
as a dynamic force for world change.”
–Sri Chinmoy
