In this innovative 60-minute online session, you’ll practice 4 techniques to tap your source of inner strength and wisdom:
- Breathwork (pranayama)
- Concentration
- Visualization
- Meditation on the spiritual heart
You’ll also enjoy a simple physical “self-transcendence” exercise and an activity utilizing positive affirmations.

Learn practical, meaningful actions to apply spiritual wisdom in everyday life, including in work/school settings. This class is suitable for individuals and for organizations/workplaces.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Vasudha Deming is a meditation instructor, curriculum designer, author, and founder of Noble Learning, where she provides skills training, team building and free meditation classes. As a student of Sri Chinmoy for more than 30 years, she enjoys utilizing her skills as a learning professional to create classes based on universal spiritual practices. Vasudha manifests the actions taught in this session in her daily meditation practice, active fitness regimen, and involvement in multiple peace and goodwill projects.
