- Focus and clear your mind
- Discover your inner creative energy
- Experience an intuitive flow
- Feel a deeper artistic motivation
- Rekindle your aspiration to create
Who will benefit from this workshop? Anyone looking for inspiration to start or continue their creative journey (from beginners to seasoned writers). This is a fun, active, hands-on session.
The workshop is based on the teachings of spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy,
who was also a prolific artist, writer, poet and musician.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Papaha Gosline first began practicing meditation with Sri Chinmoy more than 40 years ago at the beginning of his career as a professional artist. Combining these two disciplines, he is currently focused on large oil pastel drawings, sculptural installations, and site-specific digital projections with meditative sound and music. He lives in San Diego.
Devendra Cheatham’s artistic flair ranges from his photography skills to his excellent work as a vegetarian chef at Jyoti-Bihanga. He’s also an accomplished runner and has been a USA representative on multiple teams for the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run.
Pujari Sheaffer has always integrated art and other creative pursuits into his long-time meditation practice. He taught art to children for 20 years in Northern California and is currently a muralist and landscape gardener in San Diego.
How to Join: Once you register for the class, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your name will be added to the roster. Please plan to arrive a little early so that the session can begin on time. The Noble Learning shop will be open before and after the class.
