Most importantly, you’ll benefit from the 60 minutes of active inspiration and the strong positive energy of group meditation!
How will you benefit from this class? By practicing the basics and determining what techniques resonate most with you, you’ll take meaningful steps toward creating an inspiring meditation routine.
Meditation is an infinitely vast experience. It can be used to relieve daily stress or to achieve the highest spiritual awakening–and everything in between! The very practical techniques covered in the Noble Learning sessions derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a highly respected spiritual teacher, writer, athlete, and musician who dedicated his life to the pursuit of global peace and the unlimited potential of the human spirit.
“For ever-transcending satisfaction,
You need every day
Ever-deepening meditation.”
—Sri Chinmoy
SKILL SHEET & ACTION PLAN
At the end of the session, you’ll receive a Noble Learning Skill Sheet to guide you in putting these skills and actions into practice. The handout includes space for you to add your own notes and inspirations.
