Whether your focus is on work, school, sports or spiritual practice, concentration is an essential skill for success. In this free 60-minute class, you’ll learn and practice simple techniques to help you improve your concentration over time.
Who will benefit from this course? Anyone who wants to strengthen their ability to overcome distractions and have a one-pointed focus.
Gain a deeper understanding of what true concentration is and how it can help you. The very practical techniques covered in the session derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a spiritual teacher, athlete, writer, and musician who utilized concentration to achieve an extraordinary output of creativity and strength. This is a live online class (not a recorded webinar).
“When the mind is clear, the dream is bright.” –Sri Chinmoy
You’ll come away with answers to the following questions:
- What is concentration–and how is it different from meditation?
- How can I improve my focus?
- What can I do to stay in the present moment when stressed or challenged?
- Does concentration help to develop a positive mindset?
SKILL SHEET & ACTION PLAN
When you complete this class, you’ll receive a Noble Learning Skill Sheet to guide you in practicing the concentration techniques on your own. The handout includes space for you to add your own notes and create a plan customized to your own needs and goals.
