The Meditate On series offers simple, practical techniques to help you quiet the mind and experience a deep sense of well-being. The techniques are suitable for anyone who wants to begin or deepen their meditation practice.

The very practical techniques covered in each session of the Meditate On series derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a spiritual teacher, athlete, writer, and musician who dedicated his life to the pursuit of global peace and the unlimited potential of the human spirit.
