Vasudha K. Deming is a highly experienced instructional designer, facilitator, and author—and the founder of Noble Learning. She partners with organizations and individuals to achieve meaningful results through inward focus, skill development and the thrill of progress!
Over two decades, she managed a global team of learning professionals, created training courses used by leading organizations, facilitated training that produced measurable results, and coached countless people to be productive, engaged employees. Vasudha has written four books related to skills training and positive management techniques (all published by McGraw-Hill). She resides in San Diego and works with clients in all regions.
Her work in the business sphere is uniquely imbued with universal spiritual principles she’s gleaned from 30+ years of a deep meditation practice, love of long-distance running, and commitment to conscious living.

Pujari Sheaffer has integrated art, music and mantra into his meditation practice for over 40 years as a student of Sri Chinmoy. He taught art to children for 20 years in Northern California and is currently a muralist and landscape gardener in San Diego. He is an experienced meditation instructor known for his personable, approachable style.
Gabriele Settimi is originally from Italy and now makes his home in San Diego. A life-long musician in various genres, he now focuses on “music of the heart” and regularly leads informal sessions performing the compositions of Sri Chinmoy. He brings high energy and enthusiasm to his meditation classes. Gabriele is also an excellent Italian chef!
Papaha Gosline first began practicing meditation with Sri Chinmoy more than 30 years ago at the beginning of his career as a professional artist. Combining these two disciplines, he is currently focused on large oil pastel drawings, sculptural installations, and site-specific digital projections with meditative sound and music. He lives in San Diego.
Prema Jackson has been a student of Sri Chinmoy for over 40 years. She is committed to the tenet that the path to inner peace can be as diverse as those who seek it. In addition to leading meditation classes, Prema creates and hosts radio programs and often serves as an MC for the global Songs of the Soul concert tour.
Astika Mason leads a diverse range of classes as a meditation instructor and long-time student of Sri Chinmoy. His book of short stories A Dream Immortal: Seven Tales from Seven Realms is available now in bookstores (including Noble Learning).
Pushkara Blue has practiced meditation for 47 years as a student of Sri Chinmoy. As an instructor, he enjoys helping learners to master the fundamentals of meditation–including concentration, breathwork, and visualization. Pushkara is a long-time employee of Jyoti-Bihanga Vegetarian Restaurant, where he values the opportunity to practice “meditation in action” through dedicated service.
Pransukh Marks’ original inspiration to learn meditation came from reading about the life of Buddha. At the age of 18, he was deeply inspired to practice spiritual life under the guidance of Sri Chinmoy. After moving to San Diego from his native North Carolina, he’s taken up an avid interest in organic gardening as well as hiking, camping and ultimate frisbee. As a meditation instructor, he is eager to assist other aspiring seekers to pursue their personal goals.
Harita Davies is a life-long athletes who optimizes her fitness routines with meditation. She has twice completed the Sri Chinmoy 3100-mile Race–the world’s longest sanctioned ultramarathon–and is dedicated to helping recreational athletes improve their performance and enjoyment.
