Vasudha Deming is a meditation instructor, learning designer, author, and founder of Noble Learning, where she provides skills training, business coaching and free classes. As a student of Sri Chinmoy for more than 30 years, she enjoys utilizing her skills as a learning professional to create and facilitate classes based on universal spiritual practices. Vasudha utilizes the actions taught in this session as part of her daily meditation practice, active fitness regimen, and energetic involvement in multiple peace and goodwill projects.
