Whether your focus is on work, school, sports or spiritual practice, concentration is an essential skill for success. In this free 60-minute class, you’ll learn and practice simple techniques that you can continue to improve over time.
Who will benefit from this course? Anyone who wants to improve their ability to overcome distractions and have a one-pointed focus.
Gain a deeper understanding of what true concentration is and how it can help you. The very practical techniques covered in the session derive from the teachings of Sri Chinmoy, a spiritual teacher, athlete, writer, and musician who utilized concentration to achieve an extraordinary output of creativity and strength. This is a live online class (not a recorded webinar).
“When the mind is clear, the dream is bright.” –Sri Chinmoy
